Conveying and Packaging Division
The depalletisers of the ATHENA series for bulk containers are characterized by a strong structure consisting of 2 uprights, a high level product outfeed and a high production capacity. The ATHENA machine models are equipped with driven and programmable guides for layer compacting: the layer to be depalletised is transferred on the container distribution conveyor. They are available with vacuum or magnetic gripping head. Sweep-off type depalletiser suitable for a wide range of containers; Container outfeed by means of chain conveyors and pressure less combiner; Machines equipped with an interlayer pad removing device and with magazines for the separate collection of flat pads, trays and pallets; Touch screen panel with user friendly operating menu; Quick and toolless format changeover with programs controlled by standard PLC; Control system of the motor drives through encoder; Movement transmission systems through positive noiseless belts requiring no maintenance.

Automatic Linear Capping Machines
Our capping machines, entirely manufactured in stainless steel, have been designed to allow the capping, both with and without vacuum (steam technology), of glass jars and bottles with different kinds of caps. Different models of caps feeders can be supplied together with the capping machines depending on the specific needs.
Pasteurisation Technology
The FMT company, with over a hundred pasteurisers installed all over the world, is recognized as a leading company of the sector. The production and the sales of the wide range of models makes of FMT product range one of the most complete currently available on the market. The easy functioning and maintenance as well as the quality of the treatment made, make of FMT pasteurisers an ideal solution to carry out pasteurizing, heating and cooling cycles on glass and plastic bottles and cans. All formats can be treated and production up to 150.000 containers/ hr can be easily achieved. The innovative and well established know-how concerning the accumulation control of pasterurising units (UP) also known as ACSPU (Automatic Control system of pasteurizing units) permits the temperature control right there where the UP are accumulated (bactericide effect) and the maximum value of loaded UP, minimizing the energy and cooling water consumptions.
Sterilization Retorts
Modular design retorts for food sterilization and pasteurization. The retorts are suitable to process any type of container such as: steel cans, glass and plastic containers, flexible pouches, plastic trays, cardboard packages. Very flexible and innovative work platform designed to meet the needs of more demanding customers in terms of sterilization.
