Viking Machines
The VIKING Planus Automatic Hamburger Machine is compact,
robust and easy to operate. Due to its small size and high output rates
it can be easily adapted into either small or large production lines.
The VIKING has a quick release insert drum allowing the operator to
change the shape, weight and thickness of the burger. The VIKING
processes up to 2,100 burger patties per hour and each unit can be
placed on waxed separating paper before landing on the out feed
conveyor. The machine is controlled by an air operated foot switch
allowing the operator to have both hands free.
Made of Stainless Steel AISI 304 and other food grade materials the
VIKING is easy to clean and does not require tools for dismantling for cleaning
